We believe that conventional training is often insufficient to drive meaningful behavioral change. That’s why we designed Fly Your Mind (FYM) as a unique and highly experiential training program, tailored to help participants internalize key concepts through direct application.

Using the Boeing 737-800 full-flight simulator, FYM creates a controlled yet realistic cockpit experience in which teams face challenges reflecting real business dynamics—such as leadership, planning, communication under pressure, and crisis management.
Participants take full control of the aircraft while simultaneously applying skills and knowledge relevant to business life, enabling a deep and memorable learning experience.

Because of its experiential design, FYM helps participants not only remember what they learn in the classroom, but also clearly understand how these lessons relate to their professional roles. This significantly increases the likelihood of sustained behavioral change back in the workplace.
